Marcel Cartier is the generalist in the machining of all materials, from the simplest to the most complex ones.

Marcel Cartier produces all kind of parts from drawings, in series ranging from 50 to 50,000 parts. Its proven know-how is based on the mastery of machining and turning, carried out on numerical control machines with fixed or movable headstocks, and on machining centers.

Made up of CNC machines with moving headstocks, stationary headstocks and milling centers, as well as a milling / turning center (NAKAMURA Super NTJX), it is regularly renewed.

An air-conditioned room is dedicated and fitted out for manufacturing control. It is equipped with control devices such as three-dimensional machines, contourograph, vision control machines, profile projectors and roughness gauges. Hand control devices such as comparators, micrometers, calipers are also used.

For programming and monitoring the manufacture of mechanical components

Marcel Cartier is equipped with CAD (SolidWorks), with a CAM (Esprit) software, along with a Manufacturing Execution System software (AquiWeb from Astrée Software) directly linked to our machines. An intelligent management of our tools is organized via cabinets and MATRIX software. All of our softwares are managed by our ERP (Chrysalide).
